SERVICES

Neurodiversity

Are you neurodivergent or the parent of a neurodivergent child?

Life can be hard for those living with neurodiversity. It’s common for people to feel broken, like they don’t fit in or belong in society. It can be isolating, lonely and pretty scary.

But it doesn’t need to feel like that. Therapy and art are powerful tools that allow practice of self-kindness, empowering individuals to manage challenges by drawing upon their own talents and strengths, and aid them in navigating a world that doesn’t always feel accommodating.

Grief and Loss

We all experience grief and loss in some way. Whether it be as a child changing schools, divorce or a break up, moving to a new city or country, job loss, a medical diagnosis, the loss of a loved one be it animal, pet or plant, or the multitudes of other ways we can experience loss, grief is hard. It can leave us feeling depressed, angry, make us lash out or isolate. We can feel isolated and alone.

Therapy and art can help you as your walk through your grief journey, guiding you to a place of peace where you can honour the old and learn to accept the new, and once more find happiness within your life.
